At XEXYMIX, we want you to feel confident in your activewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a secure shipping bag or box, ensuring the inclusion of your order invoice.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
